We enjoyed several years of good service from Badenoch Real Estate as property managers. We have always found that they take extra care in looking after their customers, be they landlords or tenants. The latter is especially important, because a satisfied tenant is a good tenant and that is what a landlord wants and needs.

We are writing this letter to thank you all for the help and assistance that you office has given us over the last 12 months.
You were very helpful when we needed a new agent to handle our Melba property to rent out. After a bad experience with our previous agent you put our minds at ease and made everything run very smoothly. This is a belated THANK YOU for the enormous help you have given me over the past two years.
From the first time of meeting with Heather at the Phillip apartment (due to the complete disaster through xxxxxx Real Estate) it was evident that here was a highly ethical and professional business entity in whom I could find complete trust.
The effort in finding new tenants as well as cleaning, repair and maintenance in such a very short time was amazing. The tenants found were of such a high calibre it was disappointing to then leave to place Phillip on the market to enable my move to Sydney for work reasons. Then to sell Phillip, take on my residential property in Richardson for a short term rental as well as place it on the market continued to show the high degree of professionalism that makes up the team at Badenoch Real estate.

Badenoch RE has been managing my property for the last six years. In that time I have not had one single problem with tenants, or releasing the property.
Badenoch have always produced “Top Rent Dollar” and vacancy time frames have not been more than seven days between tenants. Most of the time tenants resigned the property for another 12 months.
All of this was done with a minimal of fuss as Badenoch managed the property proactively.
Since this time, I have brought several properties. These properties were not in the ACT so I couldn’t use Badenoch RE as my Property Mangers.
Most of these properties had high vacancy rates, and large numbers of tenant problems.
